Brookworth Homes are proposing to submit a planning application to Tandridge District Council for a residential development in Oxted.
The current proposal comprises 32 homes, carefully designed to sit within an open and spacious setting. Open green spaces will be incorporated throughout the scheme, with the site’s veteran trees retained as an important feature of the development.
The proposed development will include a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, with 50% affordable housing provided on site in accordance with current national planning policy.
