3 - Your home will then be valued by Hamptons, or an agent appointed by them. You will agree marketing price and terms for your existing property.

4 - Pay your fully refundable reservation* fee to secure the property at Skylarks. Your new home will then be held for a total of 5 weeks, enabling you to secure a sale on your existing property.

5 - Once you have agreed a sale on your existing property, you can complete your full reservation paperwork for your new home at Skylarks.
