We install quartz worktops, that are tougher than marble and laminate and easier to maintain, and matching splashbacks are installed fully from the worktop to the units above making cleaning a breeze. We also keep surfaces clearer by hiding appliance master sockets in cupboards.

The integrated appliances also match the ones on display — high-end Siemens appliances in this case. Other developers will often downgrade the integrated appliances. We install fast-heating and safety-conscious induction hobs as standard, but to offer further future-proofing we have installed provisional gas pipes, allowing for a gas hob.

Comfort is another subtle but important feature of the Kitchen. Underfloor heating on the entire ground floor creates a comfortable ambient heat, perfect when partnered with our premium wood-effect designer tiles. The underfloor system even runs under the kitchen units meaning that a future re-model won't leave you with cold spots.

There is more than meets the eye when it comes to our floors as we add an extra layer of Ditra matt which creates a flexible, yet stable layer between the solid floor and the tiling. This means that any natural movement the house might make, will not impact the flooring.

Several features are elevated throughout our Bathrooms, Ensuites and WCs to ensure they are a functional and luxurious space in your home.

All WCs and Vanity units are wall-hung with concealed systems, resulting in increased space and a minimalistic design. This requires additional stud work behind the units, resulting in a capacity of up to 400 lbs for the WCs. As always, we install designer tiling, which creates an attractive statement and creates a functional barrier against water damage over time.

The consideration of functionality also influences our decision to install extensive, full-height mirrors equipped with Demista pads. These pads heat up and evaporate any moisture on the surface. This leaves you with clear mirrors every time.

The placement of taps and controls is important to ensure you are in the most comfortable space. We put Exofill waterfall taps in the bath wall and control them on the back wall, so you can relax without worrying. Shower mixer valves are always installed away from the shower head for easy control.

Rain-down shower heads are installed at above average height in order to allow for taller people. Light placement has been carefully considered, and a single niche is installed in each shower to help reduce clutter. A comfortable and practical space is created by all of them.
