That’s why we treat our show homes with care, attention, and a lot of behind the scenes work to make them both inspiring and authentic to the kind of home you could create.

From property selection to standout design elements

As part of every development, we spend up to six months researching, designing and installing each show home. The majority of this is spent planning and researching, with the actual installation and dressing being swiftly completed by our highly experienced designer.

At the start of the process, we choose the property that best reflects the development and the needs of local homebuyers. This helps us paint an accurate picture of what you can expect from your new home, albeit without the personal touches and interior design flourishes that make it your own.

Our award-winning designers then get to work staging the show home, bringing together the features that bring a space to life. Their challenge is to showcase the very best interior design while also highlighting the breadth of furnishing and decorating options and opulent details.

We carefully tread the line with ornaments, artwork and other ‘homely’ touches. We want the home to feel real - to allow you to understand how the space will work for you, but we don't ‘clutter’ so you can make your own decisions about how the home can fit around you.

When you book a viewing, one of our friendly team will show you everything the show home has to offer, highlighting key features you might otherwise miss. In around one hour, you’ll come to understand what makes a Brookworth home different – and how you can get a level of quality you wouldn’t expect from a new build home. You can also extend your tour to look at other homes around the development as necessary.
